About the Author

Secrets of Ilfreia is a fantasy webcomic written and illustrated by Erica Wright. I started Secrets of Ilfreia in March 2009 to combine my passions of storytelling, illustration and fantasy. I work mainly in Adobe Photoshop, sketching the pages by hand and coloring them digitally with my tablet.

I have a BA in Animation and currently reside in Portland, Oregon. I update Ilfreia every Friday at 12pm local time.

Commissions

I am currently open for commissions, though do not have the time to do too many at once so they are on a first come first serve basis. Terms and conditions for commissions are as follows:

What I will draw:

- Character designs, sketches

- Full painted and colored characters and simplistic backgrounds

- One or more characters of any gender in a variety of poses, open to almost any suggestions

What I will not draw:

- Adult situations for underage clients

- Anything discriminatory, hateful or inflammatory

Payment structure is as follows, and I'll begin work upon the piece as soon as payment is received.

Sketches without background (1 character): $10

Sketches without background (2 characters): $15

Cleaned lineart with simple background, no color (1 character): $20

Cleaned lineart with simple background, no color (2 characters): $30

Colored lineart with simple colored background (1 character): $35

Colored lineart with simple colored background (2 characters): $50

Full color character and detailed background (1 character): $55

Full color character and detailed background (2 characters): $70

For 3 or more characters, price will most likely go up $5-$15 depending on what is requested. If you have something you're not sure I can do, feel free to ask, I'm pretty open and as commissions go the more detailed information you can provide me with the better.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission request without giving a reason. However once I accept and payment is received I will work hard to ensure you are happy with the results. I will show you the image in stages to ensure it ends up just the way you want.

I will not sell any commissions I create, though I still retain the right to include them in my portfolio. All my artwork is copyright, so it may not be used for commercial purposes.

As my images are created digitally, the final piece will be a 300dpi file emailed to clients. If a client specifically requests a traditional piece please email me to discuss pricing and shipping information.
